Nina Stoller

Leadership Administrative Associate

New York, NY

Nina Stoller is the Leadership Administrative Associate at JustLeadershipUSA in the New York office. She supports the Emerging Leaders (EL), Leading with Conviction (LwC), and Train the Trainer (TtT) trainings for people directly impacted by the criminal legal system. Nina is called to this behind-the-scenes role because it is an opportunity for her to be in service of communities closest to the problem as they define themselves what it means to create transformational, systemic solutions. She started with JLUSA as a volunteer on the #2MillionVoices initiative.

Nina spent her years at Washington University in St. Louis as an organizer for undergrad economic diversity — she coordinated community demonstrations and speakouts, canvassed student perspectives, contributed to op-eds, and was in direct, successful partnership with top administrators as the school rolled out its new economic diversity policy. Nina went on to write her senior research thesis about the role of activism, co-option, and neoliberal opportunism in the diversification of higher education institutions. She earned her major in American Culture Studies, with a concentration in Public Policy, and her minor in Mathematics. Nina joins JLUSA after working as a researcher at a corporate diversity and inclusion think tank.
